Freshen up: For a home that is nearly there. Paint, fixtures and finishing details that make a clear difference to the first impression without a full job.
Rental reset: A refresh between tenancies: patch and paint touch-ups, carpet cleaning or replacement, blinds, door and handle fixes, fresh silicone, cleaning and rubbish removal.
Security installation: Alarm systems, CCTV cameras, sensor lighting and video doorbells, fitted by our installer.
