Before your campaign starts
Working back from your campaign
Tell us when your photographer is booked, or when your agent wants to launch. We plan the job backwards from that date.

- Send your details and photos. Quote back within 24 hours. You choose what goes ahead.
- Next
- Repairs and painting start. Garden work is done while the painters are inside.
- Last few days
- Final clean, then furniture and styling go in.
- Photo day
- We walk through with you, hand over, and your agent takes it from there.
How pricing and payment work
You will know the full price before anything starts.
- What sets the price
- The size of the home, the surfaces and the condition they are in. An apartment and a house are very different jobs, so we price yours from your own photos and sizes.
- Your quote
- Fixed and itemised. Every part of the work is priced on its own line, so you can see where the money goes and leave out anything you do not want.
- How you pay
- 50% to start, 50% when the work is finished. No finance, no interest, and nothing owing at settlement.
- Changes
- If you add to the job, we price the extra work and you approve it before we start on it.
Good to know
How long does it take?
It depends on the work. Tell us your photography date when you ask for a quote and we plan the job back from it. If the timing is tight, we will say so in the quote.
Do I need to move out?
Usually not. We work room by room and keep the home usable. For a bigger job we may suggest a few days away so it goes faster, and we will tell you that in the quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Melbourne’s south-east, including Bentleigh East, Carnegie, Malvern East, Brighton and the suburbs around them. If you are not sure whether we come to you, send the suburb with your quote request and we will tell you the same day.
Can you work with my agent?
Yes. We deal with your agent directly if you would like us to, and time the work around the photography and the first open.
Is there a minimum job size?
No strict minimum. Most people start with painting and add styling or garden work to suit the home.
