What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or suburb, details of the work, any photos you attach and your notes.

What we use it for

To prepare your quote, contact you about it and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We pass on only what is needed to the trades who will price or do the job. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and sent to our business email. Quotes and invoices are prepared in our invoicing software.

Advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel to count visits and quote requests that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can control this through your Facebook ad settings or your browser.

Your details

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@ascendpropertyco.com.au or calling 0491 089 110.
