Pre-sale painting
Paint changes the feel of every room and shows buyers the home has been looked after. We patch and prepare first, then paint in light, neutral colours that suit the house and photograph well.
What we paint
- Interior walls and ceilings
- Trim, skirting, doors and windows
- Feature walls and colour advice
- Exterior walls, fences and the front entrance
- Patching and plaster repairs, done before the paint
You may not need every room. We will tell you which rooms are worth painting and which can stay as they are.
How it is priced
You will know the full price before anything starts.
- What we need
- Each room's rough size, the ceiling height, the condition of the walls and a photo from the doorway. The quote form asks for all of it.
- Your quote
- Fixed and itemised. Each room is priced on its own line, so you can leave out any you do not want.
- Timing
- Planned back from your photo date. Repairs go first, so the paint goes on once.
- How you pay
- 50% to start, 50% when the work is finished. Nothing owing at settlement.
